1. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed. No extra people can arrive with you to your appointment or must wait outside of the salon.
2. There will not be any opportunities for you to change the service you book once you are sitting in the chair. Please read entire description and service offerings when booking. Please utilize ADD-ON services if/when necessary.
3. If you are experiencing any cold symptoms PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment! I will understand.

BOOKING REQUIRES VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

Appointments cancelled within 7 days of the original date of the appointment have no penalty.

Appointments cancelled within 2-6 days of original appointment will be charged 50% of the total service.

ANY APPOINTMENT CANCELLED 24 HOURS OR LESS WITHIN YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE.

NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RE-BOOK.

There is a $25 late fee for guests 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment has to be rescheduled and cancellation fee of 100% of your service will be charged to the card on file.
 

*Addendum* If the stylist (Kanika) needs to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, you will receive 50% off of your next Natural Silk Wrap service.
